 When I bought my TT new, my stock clutch lasted until 85,000 miles. I replaced it with a JWT stage I street clutch and that lasted till 166,100 miles. The street clutch probably started slipping at 156,000 miles. I drove on it slipping until today. Initially it slipped when punching it in fifth gear then got progressively worse where I could drive the car but not boost. I cranked the AVC-R to stock boost. I ended up getting from Coz: ~Severe Duty clutch

~Redline MT-90 fluid As you can tell by the pictures the clutch was completely worn out and almost smooth. The pressure plate was pretty well worn but did not have bad heat stress marks. The pilot bushing top 1/4 was broken off. My transmission mount was cracked all the way through as well. Picking up the stock flywheel and then the lightweight flywheel, you can see the 10+ pound difference. After all was installed I was happy to turn the AVC-R back to 15 lbs of boost. Of course, I have about 500 miles to break in the clutch so it will be challenging to not get boost happy again. I also have to get used to the engagement of the clutch and the affect of the lightweight flywheel. Boost is awesome. I am falling in love with my TT again.... like the first time I drove her off the lot. Now, can't wait for my Z1 intercoolers to get here. Too bad it wasn't here so I could have swapped it in as well. Thanks Coz. You rock as always.
